My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful stay here in Montauk celebrating my birthday weekend…we were beyond pleased with the house and our accommodations..Jonathan was very good in having everything available to you in the room and all information was listed on the site so no surprises..the room was just perfect and the fireplace added a nice cozy touch on a cool evening..the grounds of the home are beautiful and we look forward to definitely coming back and enjoying it in the summer. Thank you again Jonathan for a wonderful stay!!!

Jonathan was great. We wanted peace and quiet, and we got it. It’s kinda off the grid. We’re TV people so we subscribed to Youtube TV for cable TV options for mainstream TV. But the keurig, tea kettle, and fireplace set the mood. We probably could have used a loveseat but I’m sure Jonathan would have found one had we asked. And if you have knee issues like me, you might want to let Jonathan know. Great place if you like privacy and peace!

My stay overall was very lovely! The listing is perfect for someone like me who went solo that came from the city. Montauk is easily accessible and everything is within a 5-10 minute drive. The place itself has everything you need. You can hear others that are staying in the house and loud footsteps above though they are not bothersome with TV on. The driveway in is a bit tight to get out so unless you can back out uphill successfully, it is a process but just something to mention. Worth getting duraflame ahead of time at the store to utilize the fireplace which was absolutely amazing when wrapping up the evening. Jonathan was superb with communication and the whole process. Definitely would love to come back when it’s hot to utilize the amazing pool house outside. Thanks for having me!
