The photos of this spot don’t do it Justice. It’s pretty epic. The house has all you need. The jacuzzi was clean and a great added bonus. Russell is very responsive and a good communicator. He is on top of things and will be there when you need his help. Great stay.

Absolutely stunning! The photos don’t do this house justice. The home is amazing from the moment you walk into the courtyard. Each room is very comfortable with plenty of privacy and great bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are spacious and have the most incredible views of the ocean. As for location, you’re minutes away from Puerto Nuevo and a short drive to Rosarito. It’s also close to Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting. In Las Gaviatos, there is a stand each day by the pool that serves fresh fish tacos and some of the best cocktails! My family cannot wait to come back and stay! Thank you Russel for making this such an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely wonderful! This home is stunning, and unlike other rentals in Gaviotas, has been exceptionally well maintained. It was clean, comfortable and the views were breathtaking. Russ is very kind and was tremendously helpful pre, during and post our stay. He even went out of his way to return an item we left behind (we live in the same town). We can't wait to rent this home from again!

This house was amazing! The views and location within Gaviotas are really spectacular, and it was so easy to communicate with the host before and during our stay. The house is gigantic and perfect for traveling with children. There's also an inside ping pong table with a beautiful view of the ocean. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
