Great house right near the beach. My wife and I had our three adult children and their spouses and/or friends join us. The house was as described and comfortably accommodated the 8 of us. It was well stocked and clean. Ale and Angie with Ronival were awesome and extremely accessible and responsive to any inquiries and issues in a very timely manner. We had the water pump go out which we know that things happen out of our control. The important thing is they addressed it right away and we were only a few hours without water. The property is well maintained. The house was great and we found ourselves not leaving the property very often because it was like being at our own resort (pool, beach & views) We stopped at Costco on the way in and stocked up on groceries for the week which helped. We did not rent a car but took UBER which worked just fine. Only issue is lots of stairs up to the house and inside. We will definitely rent again, especially with Ronival as the Ppty mgr.

Beautiful home with panoramic ocean views. We could see whales jumping and playing while enjoying margaritas from the spa. The home is a short walk from the beach and pickleball court, and a quick cab ride to town. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a fantastic Airbnb. The view from the house is unbeatable. The Pedregal neighborhood was amazing - we loved the pickleball courts and walking the neighborhood in the morning. We visited during whale season and saw whales every morning and evening from the patio. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our family. The concierge service was awesome. Super responsive and took care of all our needs. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Brisa Del Mar is an exceptional property. The views from the property are breathtaking. This house is loaded with amenities. Our family enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises as well as sunsets. The agency that runs this property is very responsible and always in contact with the guest. We highly recommend this property and rental agency.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brisa del Mar. The property is beautiful, the location amazing and the team at Ronival, Ale in particular were amazing. We primarily stayed at the villa with only 2 excursion days out. Ale helped to coordinate our roundtrip airport shuttle to include a grocery stop, transportation for outtings, massage, chef service, and continued to be attentive throughout our stay. There were little hiccups (car seats for our little ones and minor others), nothing to do with Ale or Ronival, more like what you have to expect with travel to Mexico. Pedregal, the community felt very safe which eased our minds travelling with little ones. But, unless you rented your own car, golf cart or are a hill climbing athlete ready to sweat, you won't see much of it. The hills and stone streets are crazy! Overall, we watched whales migrate from the balcony, swam, relaxed, soaked up some beautiful Los Cabos sunshine and most importantly, had time to enjoy our family.
