Great Airbnb
The space was beautiful and had everything they said they would provide! I will say there was an old sonic drink in the fridge when we arrived, but otherwise everything was perfect!
The property was quaint; however, it needed cleaning. We shared our concerns with Rameh the morning following our evening arrival. He was very responsive and offered à refund on our remaining day stay, which allowed us to stay at à hotel.

The 2nd time we’ve stayed. Already have it booked for next year. Grocery store, drug store around corner. Lots of restaurants nearby. Spotless. Strong wifi connection. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of linens. Full size washer & dryer. Great porch to sit on. It is a charming historic home made into a four-plex. We stayed upstairs last year and downstairs this year. Did not hear a peep from other guests and residents at either stay—so walls and floors are very well insulated. Fabulous all around for business or pleasure trip. HIGHLY recommend!

I am a Realtor and business owner in Mobile and the Greater Gulf Coast. I love Mobile's historic buildings and our downtown. I started my travels with Airbnb years ago when people thought I was crazy to rent other peoples homes, and just in 2018 started hosting a few properties I own. My properties are most renovated, and close to Midtown/Downtown. I also have an assistant who helps me keep an eye on reservations and issues and a professional house keeper to make sure the properties are as clean as can be. I am very easy to reach so let me know if you need anything! For people whose homes I am renting when I travel, just an FYI about me. I don't smoke, rarely drink and will treat your home with the utmost respect. Thanks in advance for having me!
