I had an exceptional experience at Bird's apartment, meriting a full five-star rating. The apartment was spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Its proximity to the BTS and MRT made exploring the city a breeze. Bird's hospitality was outstanding; her fluency in English eradicated any potential communication issues. She was incredibly accommodating, going out of her way to offer assistance whenever needed. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

I had a great one month stay at Heart’s place. The appartment is just as it looks in the photos. The bedroom with the floor to ceiling window overlooking the train and the park is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked and the fold out coffee table makes good use of space. Great location too near some very funky restaurants and bars with live music, easy walk to mrt and a bit further though the covered walkway to bts and central mall. There’s a lot going on without it feeling as crazy as Sukhumvit. I like this area of Bangkok a lot and will definitely stay at this appartment again when I return.

Excellent 1 month stay here, lots of restaurants and things to do nearby and not far from MRT to get anywhere else you’d want to go. Host is very nice and ready to recommend things to do nearby as well

K. Tukta's place is in a brand new condo with great facilities (2 pools, 2 gyms), and conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and one of the largest parks + street market in Bangkok. It is also well set for those who work from home, with a lovely reading room, conference room for meetings, and 2 quiet social areas that double as work areas. On top of all this, K. Tukta is a very good communicator, prompt, informative and helpful. I greatly enjoyed my long stay, and definitely recommend her place. 👍😊

I stayed here for a month and was very happy with everything. Nice condo in a great building. Enjoyed waking up with a view every morning. Clean and comfortable place with a massive TV for some Netflix after getting back from exploring Bangkok. Surprisingly good gym for a condo and a giant pool to swim laps. Well-stocked 7-11 vending machines downstairs were a welcomed surprise for a quick snack when needed. Both MRT and BTS stations a short 5-10 minutes walk away. Made it easy to get everywhere I needed to go in Bangkok. Two malls next to these stations with plenty of food options. The host was extremely nice and great at communication. On top of thoroughly explaining everything about the building and nearby area, she was also extremely helpful in giving great suggestions of places to check out in Bangkok and how to get there. If you want a newer condo in a great building that is close to both MRT and BTS stations, this one is a winner.
