Great host, very friendly. Bedroom was nice and clean. Bathroom was not very clean, but he has also two dogs and runs everything by himself. I had no problems whatsoever and would recommend this place. Safe and quiet area.

Nice room and place! Staying here was very comfortable and enjoyable – I highly recommend it to everyone. Jeremith is warm and friendly. He is always willing to help. When I mentioned wanting a lock for the room, he promptly took care of it. Also, the lovely dog added so much joy to my stay here. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Host was lovely and very nice when I got there after a 5 hours drive. The bedroom is clean right by the bathroom. Great room, nice light, with comfortable bed and a spacious area to arrange all clothing and personal belongings. Perfect stay especially if you have a gig close to Burbank Studios. Great location, big yard as you can play with a very cute French bulldog in the evenings. I recommend!

Jeremith was very respectful and a gentleman. I believe his place will be better once he fixes the bathroom sink water flow, and remove the odor from the room. Sometimes it’s hard to realize that there’s an odor when you live for a long time. The room gets sunlight throughout the day and gets pretty hot. There’s a disconnect between the thermostat in the living room and the bedroom, hope he fixes that. Great location.
