A great place and a great guy, he let ys keep our luggages hours before we checked in because we reached goa early. Host was also really helpful with giving us suggestions. It was also great to notice that the entry was self check in which made things easier closer to nice beaches too. the room is worth koney and quality if you are coming with your family a really pleasant experience.

Very clean space and conveniently located to the beach and restaurants.. the huge balcony was amazing. Do ask the host for recommendations during your stay and He definitely won't disappoint. Had a memorable stay in GOA

Loved the stay. Varca as a locality is very nice and posh. The apartment was great and Eric was a great house, with his prompt response and friendly behaviour. Will definately consider coming here again.

My recent stay in Goa was a mixed bag. The property was clean, and the host was responsive, earning it 4 stars. However, the dysfunctional pool was a letdown, especially since we weren't informed beforehand though the pump house of pool had problem since 21st of Feb. We checked in on 27th of feb. We were not able to use it until we checkout on March 2nd . Considering the pool had been out of order for nearly a week, the pricing felt a bit steep. Overall, a decent stay, but communication and pricing could be improved
