We had a great time here. Home is clean, comfortable with absolute stellar views of the ocean, sunset and Sandy Ground. Very peaceful and private location with just a short drive down the hill. Ayanna is the best host ever! Picked us up at the ferry and got a car for us. Always available for any questions. Very affordable way to experience Anguilla. Highly recommend and we hope to return!

Nice rustic place that’s very peaceful and private. The key is not to think you’re going to a resort with the associated high end facilities. Has a great view, wifi works well and the view overlooking Sandy ground works well too. Good ( albeit small ) bathroom with excellent newly fitted shower head with hot water. Definitely need a car if you’re wanting to go beyond Sandy ground. Cheers

Very gracious host. The space was as pictured and what we expected. Wasn’t fancy but it was comfortable enough for our adventures around. It was a good resting place for touring around the island but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the space. If you are looking for a luxury villa, look elsewhere. If you’re ok with a little rustic and some views, this is your spot.

Clean, comfortable, and basic, but very private and peaceful location. The views are stunning, the host is friendly and responsive, and it’s a great value for an expensive island. We had problems with the internet connection, but it was resolved quickly with a technician. We appreciated Ayanna’s hospitality and quick communication. We loved the cooling breeze on the porch overlooking the gorgeous harbor. Fantastic value, we’ll be back!

The setting is fantastic, with views from three sides. This is an affordable and unusual alternative to much pricier places in an expensive island!
