Cindy was extremely responsive and helpful. Car parking less than a 10 minute walk away and for only £20 a day ( cheap for London ). The flat was lovely, everything you may need for a little get away. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was really easy to get to, just a short walk from the station. It was so convenient and there were plenty of food and transport options nearby. Cindy was a great host who have me plenty of helpful instructions for my stay. I also thought the apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. 10/10 would stay again!

Cindy's location It's incredible! Excellent in terms of location! location pristine and tidy. check in instructions are clear and straight forward. for sure will come back again.

Very unclean, but nicely decorated in a good location. Booked this for my birthday weekend with my girlfriend and we were impressed with the price and location when booking. Close to Shepherd’s Bush station and Westfield, so easy to get to Central London. The apartment was nicely decorated, but could do with some TLC, chipped floorboards, chipped skirting boards and a few other small things. Well equipped kitchen for a few nights. The bad parts. The shower riser was broken, so was at my lower chest height, not ideal. This was something which had been “fixed”, as a small rubber stopper had been put in place.l I managed to temporarily fix the broken stopper on our last night, so had one decent shower. The room was disgustingly dirty. Unsure if it had been cleaned before we arrived - that bad. Floors were gross, pick-up of dirt on socks/feet was horrible. Lamp in the bedroom was thick with dust. Chairs and rugs dirty. Dining table absolutely caked in dust. Not pleasant at all.
