If I could stop time, I would have on the patio enjoying my coffee!! What a spectacular view with peaceful surroundings. The hike to Waterfall was so much fun. What a great place to escape the madness of the world. A slice of heaven on earth! Looking forward to another visit! Thanks Anne!

Ann's place is the ultimate peaceful place. absolutely beautiful and serene surroundings. True representation of Puerto Rico in the better days. It's clean and provides the necessary things for you to make your own meals if you don't want to go down to the town. Dalton who lives in the main home is a super friendly person and was very helpful to us and told us about the local places to eat and thingsto do. He even took time to open up coconuts with us and share the fruits from the land. I would absolutely recommend Ann's place.

Pros -Dalton is great -Ann’s communication was great -directions were clear for the complicated drive up -The property is beautiful and very secluded. -beds were comfortable Staying here is closer to tent camping than a hotel imo. I love camping but with the whole family (a 1/7/59 year old) it didn’t work. Cons -Some pictures are outdated. The easy hiking “pool” is covered by fallen trees (inaccessible). The advanced hiking path requires steep climbing. I was really looking forward to the springs and our group couldn’t access any. -A large spider was in the bathroom and several beetle type bugs were in the house. -screens have some age damage so flying bugs get in. -had to leave after 1 night due to a mango tree that periodically dropped fruit (.5-1/hr).very startling when they fell on the metal roof. No one slept more than an hour. We were all miserable. A nice secluded place for a “camping with a bed” trip. ProTip: Ask about mango situation which depends on rain & season
