Situated on the top floor of a beautiful Edwardian house this double aspect loft room is private and quiet. Your space has a king-size bed and fast wi-fi. You will have your own well equipped kitchenette and en-suite bathroom 10 minutes from Moseley centre with its cosmopolitan mix of bars, cafes and restaurants , the house is 4 miles from the city centre on the No. 50 bus route which goes directly into Birmingham. Ample free on road parking is at the back of the house. The loft has just been refurbished to create a stylish, contemporary vibe. You will have the top floor to yourself with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The space is a good size with a king-size bed, electric blanket and table for two. The room has a walk in wardrobe with a set of drawers. Black-out blinds with pole to open and close, cover the three windows which can be opened. The loft has a well-equipped kitchenette, with solid surface worktop, kettle, tea & coffee making facilities, sink, full-size fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and all the other equipment you will need to be self sufficient. Clean linen and towels are provided Situated within easy reach of the city centre, and close to the location of the Moseley Festivals and Edgbaston Cricket Ground, this space is the ideal place to head, whether for business, pleasure or a spot of both. There is ample free on-street parking at the back of the house.

The room was better than the pictures spotless, very spacious bed was so comfortable electric blanket was lovely walk in wardrobe plenty of coat hangers storage for my clothing it was perfect great shower kitchen microwave. toaster it was all perfect it felt like my own flat. My stay was for 9 days it was perfect Liza was a great host change of towels bins emptied really enjoyed my stay
The room is immaculate, looks freshly decorated and Liza has obviously gone out of her way to provide everything you need (or may need!) I was working nearby and so my partner and I needed a place to stay and we found the place super comfortable. Really easy check-in, good coffee, great shower, blackout blinds (amazing !) and a million pillows! Thanks Liza xo
Liza is an absolutely amazing host and is very responsive and accommodating. The house has animals who are incredibly charming and relaxed. You can really tell she has taken care of the room and put a lot of effort into making it feel like a home. We will definitely be back. The house is located 5 minutes from Birmingham's famous Moseley village. Once crowned the best place in the UK for city living, it is famous for its pubs, independent shops and cultural scene as well as having its own private park.
In addition the house is situated close to Midlands Arts Centre, Cannon Hill Park, Edgbaston Cricket Ground, the Birmingham and Aston Universities and the Queen Elizabeth and Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospitals. We are also just 5 minutes away from the site of the fabulous Moseley Festivals.
For Tolkien enthusiasts, there are numerous places to see around Birmingham that are thought to have directly influenced characters and locations in his most famous works.
Ample, free, on road parking is available at the back of the house. The house is actually on the Number 50 bus route which takes you into town to local and national train stations, whilst the Number 35 and Number 1 bus stops are a 10 minute walk away
