I am located right down the street from I-10, Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Gila River Arena, Phoenix International Raceway, 3 miles from Goodyear Ballpark, nearby Frys, Walmart, LA Fitness, and banks and alot of fastfood restaurants, 15 minutes to the Phoenix downtown. 20 minutes from Skyharbor International Airport, 35 minutes to Scottsdale. The room has TV with Netflix. 3 miles away Tanger Outlet and the Westgate Entertaiment District, and Desert Diamond Casino It’s nice and quiet here. There is a large park near the house and we have a big back yard

Great location at the right price that met my needs.
I spent 11 days here at Jess' place with my three year old son and the place was great. no issues at all, it was quiet, peaceful and Jess made us feel right at home. great guy and very welcoming. Will be booking his place again for my next visit

Clean rooms, quiet neighborhood. Host and other guests were pleasant. Nice backyard space

My place is near Cabella’s, Westgate Entertainment Disctrict, Tanger Outlets, Harkins Movie Theater and AMC. A lot of restaurants and fastfoods. Banks and major grocery stores are nearby (Fry’s, Walmart) and gas stations. Very near to I-10 and Loop 101
Uber and Lyft are recommended for those guests who do not have transportation
