Arrived at 1030pm the night of arrival the manager was away to Europe, apparently forgot to deactivate Airbnb while away, no communication or response to messages. I was sent to another property. That property was one of the worst ive ever stayed no way similar to the property i paid for: -cockroachs and coachroach fesis in the bathroom -bed was a piece of wood with foam -dangerous neighborhood -sheets had holes and stains -dirty floors and walls -noisy, no privacy could hear everything -actually had to stay somewhere else my second night Finally the THIRD day of my stay i was given the room i paid for. The staff was the only redeeming quality of this place. They were apologetic and helpful. The room was decent, the shower stopped working the last day and the dog barking next door kept me up for part of the night. This place needs a change in management, obviously they are not organized or responsible.
