This home had plenty of space and a large yard with steps leading down to the river in the back. There is another home on the property, but we weren't bothered by the occupants at all during our stay. The kitchen had a large assortment of baking/cooking utensils; however, there were no paper towels or dish soap provided - all dishes had to be done in the dishwasher. Overall a great place to stay if you're looking to spend more time outdoors and leave technology behind.

The house is spacious and the backyard backs up to the river and it’s just a short walk down there. Just make sure you wear tennis shoes bc of the terrain. The house can use some updating on the furniture but still, our son liked the bedroom with the bunk beds and our dogs had plenty of room to run around outside. I also liked the closed in back patio. The downfalls are there is no wifi, limited channels on directv, and we ran into septic issues twice (clogged showers, toilets not flushing) while we were there. A plumber spent a good part of the day working on it and left the house in gross condition - grease marks and prints on the floors and walls. Almost every towel in the house was used to clean up the water overflow from the shower & toilet and we had to wash them all. Reporting the septic issues was also a tedious process as you call the property management company and then they reach out to someone local. We really liked the location but there are some things that need some work
