This lovely cottage is perfect for a family or doggie getaway in North Devon.&nbsp; It is within Exmoor National Park, close to pretty Parracombe village and very close to the coast, with lots of walks, some along some of the highest sea cliffs in the UK, and amazing beaches to discover. </p> <p>On arrival at the cottage, you will notice that it adopts a split-level design, with a ground floor double bedroom and a galleried twin bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase, overlooking the lounge/diner/kitchen area. The lounge area has comfortable seating for everybody with the focal point being the wood burner and Smart TV/DVD and Wifi. There is a kitchen and dining area with a breakfast bar and seating. The airy kitchen comes equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, all you need for a self-catering family break. Downstairs, there is also a shower room with WC and shaver point.</p> <p>Stepping outside your cottage into the grassed courtyard you access your own picnic table and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at the property but dogs must not be left unattended. Occasional doggie day care by owners by arrangement.&nbsp; Dogs must be on leads where requested, however dogs and owners have access to a half-acre orchard/meadow where they can play at leisure, off-lead. There are lots of on-site facilities for you to enjoy including a children&rsquo;s outdoor picnic/play area with a Wendy house and small climbing frame. In the enclosed, grassy courtyard is a shared games barn equipped with table tennis, large &amp; small snooker tables, skittles, croquet and many more toys and games. The courtyard has garden furniture and is perfect for playing outdoor games, picnicking or a quiet read.&nbsp; There is an additional shared patio area complete with gas BBQ and chiminea that enjoys spectacular views across the beautiful valley.&nbsp; For convenience, there is also access to a shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, large overhead drying rack, wellies and fishing nets to borrow.
