Our stay at Timo's place was really nice. The appartment is at the very center of Oulu and the view is amazing, especially in new year's eve where we could see the fireworks in every direction. The sauna was really functional and large. The bedrooms were ok, but the child's room would deserve better blind. The kitchen was quite functional but the equipment was not all washed correctly. Globally, it was great, and the hosts were extremely kind to welcome us at 2:00am.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment - it was huge, much bigger than it appears in the description. The location is great, steps from the water and close walking distance to everything in town. We all enjoyed the sauna and the balcony. The big downside was the lack of properly working WiFi. Our host did try help us get it fixed but we never fully solved the problem. The apartment also wasn’t as clean as we would have liked - garbage cans and ashtrays were full. A note for visitors staying in the summer with kids; the apartment is right in the middle of the action and the live music is loud and goes on very late.

Appartement très agréable avec une très belle vue. Il était surtout idéalement situé en plein centre ville ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de petites promenades dans Oulu.

Big apartment in a great location! Nice jacuzzi and sauna. Great for families, groups of friends and even for a romantic getaway. Four bedrooms. Toys and a baby bed available. Great views from the balcony. Free parking for one car. Lots of restaurants and the market place nearby, shopping centre also only a few blocks away. Only small minus is that wifi wasn’t working (but apparently they were going to fix it).
