This was a spectacular place with easy access to the many beaches of Port Hood. Had absolutely everything we could ever have needed. The hosts were so helpful with local recommendations! All the little touches were so appreciated by our group. Perfect for multiple couples with three bathrooms and amazing views from every bedroom. We hope to be able to come back!

Don't hesitate. Just book this beautiful house now. The stay at Shandy Ocean Sunset is our highlight of this trip. The ocean view house itself is located at Port Hood with a very short walk to beach. We fall in love with this home the minute we stepped in. It just let us feel home away home. Sharon and Sandy prepared many snacks to us and provided tips from local restaurants to local shops. It is rare to find a host who goes above and beyond to ensure their guests feel cherished and cared for.

I've stayed at many AirBNB houses (including on the west coast of Cape Breton) and this was by far the most well appointed, well stocked and clean (my favorite) house we've rented. Sharon was a very proactive host - anticipating our questions and needs and responding very quickly. The house is gorgeous and is near anything you might need in beautiful Port Hood. We can't wait to go back!!
