The neighbourhood of the apartment is down to earth, has ample day to day shopping facilities, and has easy access to the underground. The apartment itself has a nice feel typical of its era; there are many steps which were not hard to climb. The apartment was quite well equipped with a mix of old and new furniture, and it was clean, which we appreciated. However, the bedroom photo is deceptive; there is only one bedroom in this apartment separated into two sleeping areas with a thin veil. Also, we did not use the shower due to exposed electrical wiring next to the shower head, which looked unsafe. The host was abroad, and did not agree with our concerns.

Everything was fine and perfect, except that you have to climb eighty stairs to the fifth floor, and in the week that we were there, there were two power outages in the entire street.

Очень уютная и чистая квартира. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Тихо, рядом продуктовый магазин со всем необходимым. Рекомендую

Polecam wszystkim, zatrzymałbym się tam ponownie! Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, na ostatnim piętrze, blisko do metra i sklepów i prawie w centrum (pół godziny spacerkiem). Wszystko tak jak w opisie, blok typowy dla Erywania nie wygląda zachęcająco, ale w środku cicho i wygodnie. Dostępna klimatyzacja, wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka z pralką.
