because we knew the island we knew what to expect of the area...it is quiet with not a lot close however it was 10 mins in taxi to Oistins at a cost of around 30 dollars. car hire is good from this location and to be honest i think its a must. great location for surfing as the beach is 2 minutes walk

Very beautiful place right on the ocean. Not a beach--crashing waves on coral shores, but great place to relax. Very quiet. Furniture and decor updated and modern. Nice back porch. Love having a washer and dryer. Contact was with Richard--great, great guy. Very friendly and helpful. Do note that this location is very isolated, so you will want to have a car. Overall a great stay.
