The Hosts were nothing short of absolutely amazing. Very accommodating at every step of the stay. From booking to arrival to checkout. They were prompt with responses and extremely helpful with our large group. They were very professional and kind with every interaction. We felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend this property and the hosts. I hope I get to stay again.

We rented the whole place out and we loved it. Communication with the property managers was easy. We needed info on the layout and details about the stay as we got closer and they responded quickly. The place itself is AWESOME and we loved the location. We had a number of questions and they similarly commented on what a great space it was. We will 100% stay there again when in Louisville!

The 713 was the home to our group of 14 for a multiple day business conference. It made the conference into a memorable event as a result of the exceptionally comfortable amenities and the attention to the details by our hosts. Each unit has its own charming décor and theme, the living spaces are bright and inviting and the bedrooms and bathrooms are all tastefully finished and a comfortable retreat. The location is perfect for accessing restaurants and local attractions such as the Mohamed Ali Center and Louisville Slugger Museum and several local museums, cafes, and galleries (and distilleries). It is a clean and safe neighborhood. I highly recommend The 713.

If you are looking for a more urban location, close to the airport, easy access to the Bourbon trail, horse racing, and other retail and restaurant options - this is it. Outdoor patios overlook the river, perfect for enjoying time between your excursions. The property is comfortable, immaculate and cleverly decorated in local themes. Great kitchen, cookware, and serving ware to prepare and host a full, multi-course meal. We were a group of adult couples visiting from the east coast, but clearly the 713 main street properties can accommodate groups of all sizes and profiles. Host was very helpful in either referrals or arrangements for activities and events. Enjoy!
