We were visiting our daughter in St. Petersburg and decided to try Justin's place as it was close to her home. Justin's place was also located close to down town with so many restaurants within walking distance it was hard to choose where to dine. The home was clean, nicely decorated and included all the necessities for cooking any meal. We really appreciated Justin's quick response to questions we had about the area. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter. !

This was our first time visiting the St.Pete area. We were told by friends to stay within walking distance to downtown and this home was perfect. The house was great as a launching pad for exploring. We were able to walk as well as use the bikes that Justin provided (he even ordered bike locks and sent them overnight for us) to explore during the daytime. At night we chose to take an Uber to dinner and there was never a problem getting a pickup or a ride back to the house from downtown. Justin also had a great list of recommendations for meals, bars and things to do. We asked for an early check in and Justin was very accommodating. We were very impressed with Justin as a host and would definitely rent from him again!

We enjoyed our stay. House was nicely decorated but kitchen could use some more dishes and glasses. Beds were comfortable

I was visiting with my elderly mother, brother and daughter and this was an excellent place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked with every tool you need. Easy to get around and street parking was easy to find. Justin was excellent with quick communication and suggestions. I would return for sure!
