We had a great stay here. Everything was exactly as described. Comfortable and cozy, and it felt like a home - instead of sterile and bare. We chose the location because it was central to a lot of the fresh water springs that we wanted to visit, and it worked out perfectly. We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you Michael.

My party and I enjoyed our stay at this BNB. It is in a nice location. The host was readily available for any inquiries. The house was very clean. The description/pictures matched up with the actual property. There is a nice patio in the front and back to sit and relax in. Overall, I had no complaints and will more than likely stay here again in the future.

Words cannot describe the gem that we found in Michael’s cottage! My husband and I came to town for a weekend away and we had the best time. The primary bedroom was spacious, and the bed was soooo comfortable! Linens were premium, and we slept so good. The cottage is so cute and exudes so much charm! Everything was clean, fully functional and thought of with care. Although it was just the two of us, the cottage can accommodate 5-6 comfortably. Michael is communicative, so kind and helpful! You can see he loves this place, cares for it and you can feel the love that was put into restoring the home. We have family in the area, so we visit often, and would love to use the cottage in the future! There’s a salon/day spa nearby, and literally footsteps from some of the BEST sunset views you could see at Ferran Park. Excellent restaurant choices, and about 10 minutes from downtown Mount Dora. Loved the cottage, we felt right at home. It was well decorated, had plenty of necessities and close to restaurants. Parking was close to cottage for easy loading and unloading. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch. Host greeted us upon arrival for a short welcome. Body soap/wash and shampoo isn’t provided.
