Where to start... first off, Katie was great. She was quick to respond and accommodating in every way possible. Very clean and inviting home. Easy check in and check out. We stayed over a holiday for three nights and therefore had a lot of trash, which she was understanding of. This was a great place to spread out with two living areas. The hot tub was a nice bonus for the adults. Plenty of towels for bathing and the hot tub. This would be a good place to rent during the nicer months with all of the outside furniture and areas to play for the kids. The entire home was decorated beautifully for the holisays, which was a bonus.

Katie’s Place was just what our family needed❣️. A sense of peace surrounds the property. Katie was a prompt, proactive and thoughtful communicator which put me at ease as we were coming from another state. Highly, highly recommend. ☺️

Beautiful place with amazing views! We had a wonderful girls trip and Katie’s place was perfect! Definitely would go back in the future
