I stayed in this place for a couple of days. It was good for the price overall, the location is accessible - just a 10 minute walk from Division. It was spotless clean and the kitchen is great. Nat is a very friendly host and his check in instructions were crystal clear and very helpful. However, keep in mind that it is not a quiet place - the fan behind my room kept turning on every 30 minutes or so, and it woke me up in the middle of the night a couple of times. Also the room I stayed in is right next to the TV set, and my neighbours spent the whole evening watching it during my entire stay - so if I did not have noise cancelling headphones, I would have called it annoying. I understand that it is not something you complain about when you stay in a place with roommates, and I am just describing my experience in case it helps someone. My biggest concern about the place was that there is no lock in the bathroom.

Definitely would love to stay at Nat’s place again! He’s very responsive and helpful, we asked if we could drop off our bags before checking in and we were able to do so. The apartment has everything we needed, very close to the Blue Line and the area has many restaurants and things to do. Thank you Nat!
