Had a large family wedding in Marion (absolutely beautiful venue at the Olde Mill Venue - highly recommended!). My entire family was able to stay together in this amazing home with amazing and peaceful property. No TV or internet so it allowed time to play cards, boardgames and just have some really great family conversation. The walks in the woods seeing the deer, owls, turkey and hunting for morels was a great pastime. We did enjoy a bit of fishing and kayaking as the water is right there. Amenities were great. Many ABNB's don't provide enough TP, paper towel, dish soap, bath towels, or even provide coffee. All of our basic needs were met without having to go shopping. Loved that! We look forward to staying again some day. THANK YOU!

We had a great stay at Duke’s place! The layout worked well for our group and the location right on the river was beautiful.

This place was a wonderful surprise. Everything you could possibly need was available. The beds were very comfortable and plentiful. We had an amazing view of the river and with all the snow, it was like a postcard. Our family cannot wait to gather here again in the summer time. Our host was especially accommodating to a few of our special requests. Kathy made sure we could get in and the property even with a couple feet of fresh snow. Thank you Dukes Place

Our family had a great time at Duke's Place! Kathy was a great host and responded to any questions within minutes. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The property was kept up well and was very beautiful. We all highly recommend staying here!
