The villa was clean, large and as shown in photos. Nice little pool for the family to use. Netflix was a bonus! We did have to do a bit of child proofing as there are a lot of ornaments and breakables with little ones. The villa is well located in terms of accessing things in the mae rim area where there are many things to do and many cafes and restaurants but a car is really needed, as grab is often difficult to get and practically impossible in the evenings returning from somewhere to the villa! We were rescued twice by restaurants as we couldn’t get a grab back. Pen who runs the villas was brilliant, friendly, highly responsive and really helpful.

Pen is nice to us. we feel welcomed and the environment is clean. but I suggest the map location make it more specific.

Much better environment than we expected, very new and clean. Beautifully decorated! My kid enjoys the pool so much. Each room looks exactly like the photos show, with great view, sunlight, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Although the location is in Mae Rim not city center but takes around 25-30mins to city, Grab is very convenient. If you need one day tour, they can also offer the service with extra charge. Breakfast is also good with a selection of western style breakfast choices, and cooked in your villa. The experience was great, we just head back Taiwan and already start missing the villa!
