Really beautiful space with a lot of character. I didn't have a car and was there for an extended stay but never found it to be an issue because between Montanta Ave, and the 3rd street Promenade, there is literally everything you could possibly need in under 20 minutes of walking. The place was very spacious and with natural light, even on the side facing units. The walls were a little thin so its important to be mindful of the other tenants if you're playing music loud at night or super early or being noisy in general. The tenants were super respectful of this though. The only other thing I would say is that if you are having something delivered be very clear in your instructions because the unit entrance are nicely tucked away from street view. I enjoyed so many beautiful sunset walks and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in (the bedding is soooo soft), plus there's a decent amount of storage space for coats, bags, beach chairs, etc. I even extended my stay <3

Really great location, and the place is very charming. Has everything - especially washer/dryer! Nina is responsive, friendly, and flexible. I’ve already booked a second time!

Excellent for our 1-month visit to Santa Monica! Nice and quiet, minutes walk to the beach, and perfect for remote work. Nina was a great host, very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend

Nina was exceptionally helpful and the location was amazing. 4 blocks to amazing ocean views and walkable to Montana restaurants and shops. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend for longer term stays.

We had a fantastic day, everything was as described. It’s a quiet, lovely neighborhood and a charming house. We did many air bnb’s and this was definitely a great value offer. Nina was very communicative, proactive and we even had a chance to stay a little longer beyond the checkout time which was very helpful for traveling with the baby.
