The morning my GF/I were driving in we get a text from Fabie not from abnb app that "we are being relocated to an apartment" Telling me, not asking me. She states that it is her timeshare. When I ask for a abnb link/address/ or reason why this is happening she ignores my requests repeatedly. Even after I said I do not feel comfortable doing this she just doubled down on her comments. After speaking with customer service telling them I don't feel comfortable staying there. All of a sudden she texts me and says her place is available again. I reluctantly Said yes because we had plans that night that couldn't wait anymore. We go out for the night. come back and our parking place is taken by her guests as she is having a party. So I park behind her car. Fall asleep at 10pm only to be awoken to banging on my door. When I go to answer no one is there. Very odd feeling. I wake up the next day to a bottle of vodka under the tires of my car. I do not recommend this place.

Fabie changed our location to an apartment managed by the Wyndham Club instead of the original listing. When we arrived at the location, we had to follow her to the apartment via car and she checked us in. With the change in location, the check in process was not smooth. The apartment was very nice and clean. We had no one next to us so it was also quiet. It was near a trail so we could walk our dog easily. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed Pagosa Springs. Check out needed clarification and since we changed locations, our check out time was an hour earlier than we originally planned. This was inconvenient for us since we couldn’t check in to our next place until 4 PM, so we ended up with more time to burn. It would have been nice to have been notified of the location change prior to the day of. Overall, the location was great but process needs improving.

We absolutely loved our one night stay at Fabie’s place. So clean, safe and welcoming. Loved meeting Fabie and her pups! Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Pagosa Springs. Wish we could have stayed longer! All the best to you in 2024, Fabie!!! Sincerely, Angela and Curtis Webster

Such a beautiful stay!! Our host was amazing and attentive. The hideaway is definitely a must!
