The place was just sprayed before I got there which helped a lot. I stayed 2 weeks and didn’t have a problem. It’s Texas and I see people post pictures of scorpions in their houses. So I was was glad there were none of those. To have a washer and dryer is always a plus versus a hotel down the hallway. For the value I think it’s a good alternative to a hotel room.
