Escape to one of the nicest updated one-bedroom condos in Olympic Valley! A wonderful part about this one bedroom, one bath condo is that it is beautifully updated with wood floors, granite kitchen counter and a gorgeous bathroom with tiled shower. The next wonderful part is that no matter what time of year you are in Olympic Valley, this location is amazingly convenient with easy access to skiing, hiking, biking, shops and dining. Park your car and you will not have to get back in as the condominium is in walking distance to the Village at Palisades Tahoe, a five-minute walk away. The bedroom has a king bed and flat-screen TV. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal for family or friends after a long Tahoe fun-filled day. There is a dining room table that seats four. The living room has a large TV, a futon style couch that lays out flat, and a recliner that is perfect after a big day. The TVs have Sling TV with Roku in both the living room and the bedroom. Take advantage of the walking distance to the slopes in the wintertime and the easy access you have to all the hiking trails around you (such as the famous Shirley Canyon trail) in the summer. And Lake Tahoe is only a 10-minute drive away if you choose to venture out! This Olympic Valley home is a place you will want to return! The Mountaineer shuttle door to door service is available at this location. PROPERTY NOTES * As of May 1st 2024 there is no longer a sleeper sofa. The grey sleeper sofa shown in the photos has been replaced with a futon style couch. The futon is 60 inches wide x 79 inches long. (5 ft. wide x 6.5 feet long.) Please see photo added. * We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays. * We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests. * We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months. * There is no air conditioning in this rental. Guests should be prepared to move their car during the winter so the plow can clear the lot. * Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM * Trash should always be removed from the condo and put in the HOA dumpster in the parking lot.
