The Dolphin Place was a great location for us and a good price. We are fine with an older home, but the place needs a deep cleaning (especially the mold on the bathroom ceiling). It also is in need of some kind of coffee maker, more hangers and luggage racks would be helpful. We were also not aware that this is a duplex and there are double doors leading into the other unit. They need to put a lock on our side of those double doors for safety.

We enjoyed our stay here. It felt homely and was very comfortable. Great location. Will definitely stay again if we were travelling through the area.

Thank you to Bill and Rosemarie. Their help during our clients relocation transition was integral. They were flexible and bent over backward to host our guests.
