We had a great stay with our 2yr old but there are definitely some upgrades and additions that need to happen. Beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture was tired and uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen was lacking in some essentials: dish brush, scissors, basic cooking stuff like salt, pepper, oil and other items where there was only one of making cooking a bit tough. BBQ on the patio was great! Patio furniture had 2 broken chairs out of 4. Housekeeping was available daily, which was great for fresh sheets and towels; however, they didn’t vacuum and we were there for 7 days. We had problems with our key card daily and had to go back to the desk to get new ones made. All in all I would love to stay again for the location and hotel amenities but for the nightly price I feel these villas need some TLC.

This place looks great from the outside, but the interior of the rooms is very run down and desperately needs a full Reno. Furniture and carpets are stained and heavily worn. Smelled musty or damp. Mattresses are saggy, everything is somewhat worn or damaged to some extent. It was disappointing considering we paid more than $800 per night for a two bedroom Villa. It was right on the water so I thought that would be a perk, except that the patio was covered in debris/cob webs and the tree in front was so unkempt and overgrown you could not sit on the patio and enjoy the lake even if you did clean it off first as the tree obscured all views of the lake. The indoor pool was closed down and was being used as a storage area. Extremely disappointed in what I got for my money. We left a day early.
