I love barrio del Carmen and this place was in a quiet spot close to the train station and near a beautiful park, near the walking trails. About ten minutes to city center, lots of cafes and restaurants around. It is a safe area, even if it seems it is not it is very safe and I would highly recommended!!!! I love it there!!

place was overall okay. Pretty area , walking distance from a lot of things. Place did need a bit of maintenance and a bit more of cleaning.. some stains on the walls and on the sofa bed. Host was very friendly and very responsive when having issues with AC/Heater. Overall good place to stay in close to lots of places and good host.

El apartamento es amplio, y tiene todo lo necesario. Las instrucciones de llegada e ingreso fueron muy fácil. Lo recomiendo
