Rented the whole house for 7 people, as a consequence we were given access only to first floor only, without being warned beforehand. second floor was closed. The games area and sitting place outside are really nice. At check in, only main door was open but a server who did not offer to much information about the place or services. owner came quick to open back door after. Hot water depends on turning Heater on by service personal but there is nobody inhouse, its upon request, so better planned your showers and the use of Jacuzzi at least 2 hours beforehand. The grounds of the property are beautiful, you have coffee plants, mature trees, bird watching and huge ferns. Towels were old. In the kitchen no courtesy water, absolutely nothing for when you arrive. You better do your grocery shopping before you get there. i requested breakfast service, it not included but you can pay extra. House has a lot of potential, if you are a big family rented and do shopping before coming .

The house, the grounds and the staff were absolutely amazing!! Eduardo and the staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed and had many great recommendations. Awesome place for large groups, it was able to accommodate our group of 23 with plenty of space. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

The house has lots of potential but it needs to be maintain. The manager at the site is not very responsive and the swimming pool and other amenities are kept in poor condition.

I don't have enough words to express how grateful and happy we were to spend our vacation at Finca la Heliconia. The house is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, spotless and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed every moment they could at the pool and loved it. We were a group of 16 people including kids, and it was more than enough space for all of us. Upon our arrival, the staff was waiting for us and made sure we were set and comfortable for our whole stay, they cooked us delicious food (we provided) and had fresh coffee ready in the morning, they were just lovely. Eduardo is a great host, he replied to any questions promptly & helped us to arrange the pickup and drop off at the nearby airports. He also facilitated transportation and tours to the Cocora Valley & Los Termales de Santa Rosa, truly beautiful places. We felt very safe & relaxed there, the Hacienda was also very close to the Parks and within walking distance to the town of Montenegro. We hope to return again, Gracias
