A nice location within a neighborhood and comfortable beds. For the value, it was good. I'd recommend salt, repair the ceiling area as it's a cosmetic repair, and a new large skillet since the Teflon is in bad shape. Otherwise, perfect!!!

Perfect place and price for a quick stay when you are at tournaments all day , beds very comfy , shower was wonderful

This is a matchbox home that is older with no yard. That was no issue for us at all, but would just like those looking for a place to stay that it is a very tiny home. It was 100% better than any hotel room. It was very clean, but there are some cosmetic issues. The ceiling needs some attention, but that didn’t affect the stay; it is just an older home. The place was very clean. I had some hesitations after reading one bad review, but all the rest were decent, so I believed it would be best to see in person. I recommend this place, as it is very close to the university, which is main reason for choosing the location. My son said his bed was very comfortable. If we needed to visit the area again , we would say here.

Eric and Ashley were wonderful hosts! They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Their house is very cute and it met all of our needs.
