Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a dryer, iron, makeup vanity, and wardrobe. ★ LIVING ROOM: The living room features an LCD television, Cable MyTV with over 100 international and local channels, and high-speed wireless internet. ★ BATHROOM: We provide shower gel, towels, toilet paper, soap, hand soap, shampoo, and a set of toiletries. ★ KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, a full dinner set, and glasses. ★ LAUNDRY ROOM: The apartment includes a washing machine and outdoor clothes hangers. The positives: Convenient location that is 10-15mins drive to downtown (District 1) and similarly to District 2 In a busy residential area so there are A LOT of convenience stores, cafes, mall, etc. Close to a park and the river Very easy check-in/check-out process Very nice view The negatives: In a busy residential area so it always crowded Very slow and poorly planned elevators so it can take up to ten minutes during busy periods to get out of the building Not very walkable outside of the area The apartment is not very clean (black mold in bathroom), stains in places Literally no consumables in the apartment, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper, no soap, no toiletries, no washing detergent etc. Very limited cutlery in the drawers No shower curtain and shower head is on the ceiling.... so water WILL get everywhere if you try to shower Laundry drying rack on the balcony is broken Stayed a whole week but given 1 towel per person so you'll be left with no towel when washing and drying the only one you have
