Great location and the house has a lot of character. Very good location. Only problem we had was we couldn’t get more than 3mins of hot water a day. The host came and checked it out but it wasn’t resolved by the time we left. However Maria Luisa was great with communication so I appreciated that

Maria was a great host- we needed to change accommodation last minute and she allowed us to check in within two hours of booking. In terms of value of money it was great- especially compared to the hotel we were supposed to stay it. It was spacious, private, easy to access and walkable to the city centre (about 12 minutes). Two things to note 1) the wifi is not great if you need to work from home. we here there was a wifi outage in cusco so that may have played a part. it was okay in the morning downstairs but not so much upstairs. 2) if you need hot showers, you probably won’t get it as the water got like warm at most. that being said again value is great, it was clean, maria was responsive and it was a very comfortable place to rest up before/ after any hikes/day trips

👎🏼Muy mala experiencia. Inicialmente cuando rentamos el lugar Maria nos envío una solicitud de aumento de precio la cual rechazamos, sin embargo nos dijo que igual nos podía atender (sin indicar nada más) cuando llegamos nos entregan el apartamento como si nada, pero nos damos cuenta que no es el que habíamos rentado en la app (el otro era más grande y aparentemente más bonito) cuando nos quejamos nos dicen que ese era el que había porque el otro ya lo tenía una familia más grande, que supuestamente este tenía más comodidades y que si no nos gustaba que canceláramos la reserva 😑 Encontramos otro apartamento a las 10 de la noche cansados y estresados por lo sucedido. Afortunadamente Airbnb te responde y al entregarles las evidencias cancelaron la reserva e hicieron el reembolso del dinero. Ella tiene varios apartamentos, encontramos en su perfil el que nos habían entregado y lamentablemente no es como se ve en la app, las fotos están demasiado embellecidas lo cual resulta decepcionante.

Nos recibieron María Luisa y su esposo. Ambos súper amables y a disposición de ayudarte y recomendarte lugares a conocer. Son personas súper empaticas. Definitivamente volvería ! ☺️ Recomendable para las personas que vengan en grupo y les guste los lugares rústicos ☺️. Gracias por la estadía y el apoyo a ambos ☺️
