Beautiful and historic location on the shores of Loch Ness with all the modern amenities. Highly recommend!
Lovely family cottage in beautiful surroundings! Well equipped, comfortable and cosy cottage within the stunning grounds of St Benedict’s abbey. Having the facilities such as the swimming pool, gym and play park for the children was a real bonus. Lovely dog walks nearby and very close to lots of different cafes, restaurants and easy access to walk along the Caledonian canal.
It was a very nice stay at the Highland Club, the house was very spacious and well eqipped, especially the kitchen. The staff was very nice and helpful, the location beautiful with many anmeties like the pool and the sauna. We can recommend the accommadation and would like to come again.
A wonderful place! The perfect base camp for our travels around Scotland. Checkin was easy and very informative about the history and amenities of the Abbey. Fort Augustus is a superb Scottish village with everything you’ll want for food, drink, sightseeing, and shopping.
We had a fantastic stay! The location to river, Loch and town was perfect and the site itself had great facilities. Would recommend!

Hi, we are property managers for a range of apartments and cottages at Highland Club Scotland. We are based at the Abbey in Fort Augustus at the foot of the world famous Loch Ness. The site was once a Hanoverian fort built between 1729 to 1742 and eventaully the St Benedcitine Order built the Monastery on top of the fort. The site holds so much history and now provides amazing holidays for guests coming from all over the world. We hope you like our properties and we hope to see you soon at the Abbey we call home!
