Apartments Barica are situated in Valica, a village only 7 km away from the centre of Umag and only 2,4 km away from the nearest beach . They consist out of 4 apartments, 3 of them are for rent and the owner lives in the fourth one. All apartments are situated on the ground or the upper floor with outside terrace or balcony with table and chairs for complete relaxation. The apartment consists out of one double bedroom with queen size bed and another bedroom with a single bed, there is also a sofa in the living room that can accommodate up to 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, kettle, stove, oven, coffee machine, kitchenware, toaster, fridge, microwave, living room with dining area with dining table (sits 5). Bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Furnished terrace is perfect to enjoy the sun. The apartment has an access to the garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area.. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment, iron and ironing facilities and baby cot are also available free of charge.
