I’ve stayed at timurbay few times (diff unit) & can straightly tell this is one of the best! House is extremely clean and smells good. Parking is at level 1A and house kinda close to lift. Owner also very responsive and helpful. Do not worry about the amenities, it’s complete! There’s coway, clean utensils, cute plates and cups for kids. Netflix, game are also provided. There’s 2 queen bed hence much more comfortable. Swimming pool is just nice for kids, and there’s access to a clean beach. Kids will love them. Hopefully they’ll always available whenever we would like to stay again at Timurbay :p

Wonderful host. Clear direction with all the check in process. Nice, Clean and Cozy place to stay. Balcony has a very nice seaview. Regardless of business or leisure trip, worth to stay. Recommended.

We have enjoyed our stay at Iman Kazoku Timur Bay Ville. Room and facilities were well maintained. Easy access to Beserah beach. Value for money.
