Fijne gastheer, geweldige plek. Bloedmooie zonsondergangen, schitterend zicht op Radicondoli. Contact met Benedikt verliep heel soepel. We hebben erg genoten van het grote terras en van het zwembad. In het dorpje Radicondoli heerlijk geluncht bij Agriteca in Piazza, aanrader!

We have only good things to say about this wonderful place. Friendly and helpful hosts, a charming hillside house, a nice pool area and a beautiful location in central Tuscany that allows for day-trips to all parts of the region. Best of all was a truly stunning view from the terrace that went as far as the eye can see. Highly recommended and we would love to visit the place again.

Fantastic location, beautiful view. It is advisable to take bug spray or mosquito repellent. I've been stung a lot. Apartment is very nice and equipped with everything including dishwasher. Do bring your own dishwasher cubes, or detergent for washing up. That is not present in the apartment. We never met Benedikt, we were in contact through the app. As a result, we missed a piece of transfer such as WiFi password and we also didn't get any nice tips for food or nice places. The wifi falters, there was a new receiver, but it doesn't seem strong enough

Un’esperienza che le parole non possono contenere, la bellezza e l’energia del luogo rimarrà sempre in noi come una fragranza.. Vivere anche se per un breve periodo in questo luogo permette di riconnettersi alla propria vera natura, perché la rispecchia..il paesaggio e il panorama lasciano la mente sgombra, la casa “respira”, è viva e racconta la sua storia nel silenzio.. Chiunque passerà di qui, ne trarrà beneficio. Perché non è la medicina che cura, ma la natura e la bellezza che l’Essere crea in armonia con essa. Grazie a Benedikt e Cristiana per la loro presenza attenta e al contempo riservata, alla gita avventurosa alle tombe etrusche e soprattutto alla loro instancabile ricerca verso qualcosa che in realtà hanno (e sono) già!

The views of the Tuscan countryside were spectacular from the large terrace. You cannot beat the views and seclusion ams gorgeous flowers and trees. The pool was lovely with million dollar views. Benni was helpful local recommendations. The apartment itself is rustic and had a strong smoke smell - either from cigarettes or the fireplace. Lovely kitchen. The second bedroom is very small and requires going through the main bedroom to use the bathroom, so not much privacy if you have more than 2 guests. We stayed mid-June and the flies were horrible and a nuisance. Without screens on the living area windows, we couldn't open the windows, the screens in the bedrooms did not fit and allowed all sorts of flies and mosquitoes in. It was almost like camping. There was also noise from the apartment above. Recommend stopping in Poggibonsi at the UniCoop for water and food because the market and Radicondoli is very small. Overall, great views but the flies were horrible.
