Amazing spot that overlooks the historic center! it was great to have a meal or work from the terrace and taking in the views! The apartment itself is very spacious and has 2 bedrooms and can host up to 6 people but price is per person and for the area is very good. The internet is good as well if you're a digital nomad and need that. The kitchen is functional but for me the stove didn't work as well. I was able to use the terrace stove to cook which worked out well, while waiting for them to have a look. The location very close to the historical center which was great. For walking tours starting from the Basilica, it's a short distance. There is a nice breakfast place called Chuta Madre just up the street too for good breakfast, pizza and croissants. Overall a good stay in a great location with a very responsive host.

The apartment is going to be a bit of a hike in the evening and during the day. however, the view from the rooftop is amazing and well worth the hike. Go to a store, get a bottle of wine, and just relax upstairs. And if you don't drink wine, it's always nice having a cup of coffee looking at the view above Quito.
