We loved staying here! The house was a fantastic location for exploring the beach and very well equipped. Jason and Rachel were also super responsive whenever we had questions. Highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay. We particularly loved the very short walk to the beach to look for treasures. The views from the hot tub were very peaceful. The kitchen was set up for cooking and there was a nice big table for us to eat and play games. It was a nice surprise for our three year old to find a closet of toys!

Jason and Rachel's beach house was just the getaway we needed. It was spacious enough for my husband and I, daughter, son-in-law, their toddler and small dog. The house was equipped with everything to keep the adults happy and our grandson entertained and comfortable (port-a-crib, toys etc). Jason promptly answered our first night phone call and helped us problem solve getting the fireplace started. He was patient and a good communicator. By the next morning the situation was resolved. The house, as other guests have reported, is nicely furnished, lovingly maintained and has everything you need to enjoy your stay from beach chairs to seafood implements to a perfectly appointed kitchen. The wildlife only added to our enjoyment...soaring eagles, hawks, and deer walking right up to the deck. Last but not least is the beautiful ocean view from almost every room and the short walk through the dunes to the beach. We'd love to return to this jewel on the beach.
