HELLO BIG BEND TRAVELERS. We joined Airbnb in 2020 but have been managing dozens of quality vacation rentals in the Big Bend Region since 2007. We would be proud to host you and will do our absolute best to earn your business and ensure your complete satisfaction. Janet founded what is now Big Bend Vacation Rentals in 2007. It all started when we sold a home we built to a couple that asked us to manage it as a vacation rental. That was the start of a new chapter in our lives. Since then, we have been honored to host tens of thousands of travelers. It brings us joy and pride to be able to manage dozens of vacation rentals for wonderful owners. Sharing their homes with others and creating opportunities for so many amazing people is a blessing we could never have imagined. Our joy comes from sharing our good fortune and helping others to experience the best that the Big Bend of southwest Texas has to offer. We have a team of professional housekeepers and a maintenance crew. All of us are dedicated to making your Big Bend vacation enjoyable and trouble-free. Let us know how we can serve you. We will do so with a smile. COVID-19 UPDATES: FULL REFUNDS for all COVID-19 related cancellations. Regardless of any restrictions or timelines on our normal cancellation policies, we have been, and will continue to, issue 100% refunds or credits for any reservation that is either cancelled or rescheduled due to concerns, closures, or travel restrictions related to COVID-19 or any future pandemic of similar proportion. We request that guests provide us as much advance notice as possible. We also request that guests consider rescheduling instead of cancelling. We are all in this together. We want our guests to make the safety of themselves, their family and community, and our family and community their highest priority when making or revising travel plans. CLEANING & DISINFECTING: We have always prided ourselves in providing clean accommodations. That commitment is now more important than ever. For the safety of our guests and staff, we are temporarily imposing a one-day vacancy between all stays. That extra time between stays is being used for extensive cleaning and disinfecting, including disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces and laundering all linens. Regardless of any actions taken by us, it is impossible to guarantee a risk-free environment. All guests assume personal responsibility for their own travel decisions and their own health.
