Our villas have different rooms inspired by nature's wonder and budgets to suit all customers and budgets. All rooms have AC and fan. Our guests have access to our common sea view terrace, Kitchen, Swimming Pool, Gym with table tennis and Garden area. All Nations is located in San San, the exclusive neighbourhood of Port Antonio, surrounded by green jungle and turquoise water. The Villa is 5 min walk from the public beach and 10 min walk from Frenchman's Cove. Our ocean-inspired room, Thetys, has a queen-size bed and is located on the second floor of the front villa with a sea and garden view. Enjoy your breakfast on the common top-floor terrace with a pool and sea view. The room includes a walking closet, drawers, a Safe deposit box, AC and a fan. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The front villa has 2 floors with 5 bedrooms. On the top floor are Kilimanjaro, the master bedroom with a private sea view terrace, One King bedroom Nile and our Queen bedroom Thetys, a common sea view terrace and lounge area. On the ground floor are the two king-size bedrooms, Amazon and Sahara. Living room, restaurant, patio with dining area in and outdoors and reception. All rooms have WIFI, AC and fans, and 4 of 5 rooms have a TV with Netflix. The Swimming Pool, Gym and parking are shared with the back villa.

J'ai passé un excellenr séjour. On se sent en sécurité ici et l'endroit est paisible et calme. Le personnel est très disponible et il y a un chauffeur de taxi, M. Steve qui travaille avec eux, il est adorable et a des prix très raisonnables ce qui est pratique quand vous n'avez pas de voiture. La plage de frenchman's Cove beach est accessible à pied facilement. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
A quiet clean place at a great location.
All Nation guesthouse is so peaceful ! It’s so quiet in here, you can hear only the birds and the crickets at night. It feels safe and calm. The views here are so beautiful. The stuff are so sweet and nice, they will do the best just to make sure you are comfortable and happy! Thank you guys! I had an amazing time in here !
Definitely worth the stay! The property was full of fruits that we were allowed to pick and eat, the pool was warm even at nights and so calm. The location was private and just so calm and relaxing. The best location to stay to do everything near by like BlueLagoon, NonSuch River, Monkey Island, Frenchman cove etc. There is also the convenient free beaches near by, like Geejam (only good for Kayaking) and a next private beach that leads to the boats for Monkey Island. I would definitely stay here again!
The vibe is unmatched with chef on site but not hotel vibe. More or bed and breakfast. So nice!! Will stay again and recommend. Thanks Alex and staff for having us!!

San San is a quiet stretch of the North-East Coast of Jamaica, only about seven miles from the historic town of Port Antonio. San San is home to a fabulous white sand beach Frenchman's Cove, the luxurious San San villas and the world-famous Blue Lagoon.
Just down the road, you can find the community of Drapers, with a little supermarket, bars, shops and some restaurants for your everyday needs.
Port Antonio, and especially San San is close to the main visitor attractions, like world-famous Blue Lagoon, Frenchman's Cove, Reach Falls, Somerset Falls, Long Bay Beach, Boston Beach, Rafting on the Rio Grande, and more.
Lots of water sports activities like scuba diving, sailing, kayaking and more.
Hike in the Blue Mountains can be arranged from Port Antonio too.
Local taxi cost 1-2 USD, and will bring you around the parish.
So you can reach cheap and easy location like Blue Lagoon, Winnifred beach, Boston Bay, Long Bay and Port Antonio downtown.
For city to city transport you have local bus running daily to Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Kingston, Negril for reasonable prices, if not ask the staff to arrange a taxi for you.
