Lovely, cozy and very well kept place with amazing host and a lovely cat. Felt like at home. The bathroom is really clean and modern. Susan is a very caring and warm person, always had good conversations. I am new to Kingston and Susan helped me in finding places and paths around the town. Absolutely recommend this place for your travel.

Susan is a very smart lady :) with sense of humor, friendly, friends come and visit her. Susan is very caring, she invited me to go Kew Garden for the Orchid Festival, so we went together. Something important and urgent came to me, I could feel Susan was so caring about it. Super lovely cat Mr. Benji is the vice host :) It was a great stay.

Sue was a fantastic host , offered to make breakfast and offered food at times which was a very nice gesture , she was lovely to talk to and made my welcome very pleasant. I had to cut my stay short and Sue was very accommodating with refunds I would definitely recommend Sue as a Air BnB host Roshan

I had booked Susan's place because I am very familiar with the area. Her house was extremely easy to find from the station. Susan had adjusted her day to be there for my arrival. She is extremely friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and a very interesting person to chat with. The room was perfect for my needs, small but perfectly formed with everything I needed. Very comfortable bed and I slept very well. I will definitely book again on my next trip. Thank you very much Susan.
