Few estates I believe can compare in Tuscany with Villa Lungomonte and its history. To us, the bride and groom, as well as our guests, staying at the Villa was straight out of a fairy tale. Fabio and the entire staff were wonderful hosts! Grazie mille a tutti!
I had my wedding at Fabios Villa Lungomonte last weekend and it was amazing! My whole family and husbands family stayed in the villa for 5 days and celebrated all week long. The pictures don't do the villa justice it is so grand and nothing i've ever stayed in before. The grounds were so beautiful for a wedding. Thank you Fabio!
The Villa exceeded our expectations. A grand old Villa. We had three delicious catered meals including for a Baptism and birthday celebration. Magical memories for our family and friends. Thank you Fabio, Chef Luca, Roberta and the other staff who made our stay so comfortable and memorable.
We had a beautiful 4 day long weekend for our wedding celebration at villa lungomonte. First of all we have to say that Fabio is the greatest host you could ever imagine. He is kind, super friendly, very attentive and met if not exceeded every of our requests. The place was perfect for a big celebration but also there was plenty of space to get some privacy. The property covers a very big pool, olive trees, toys for kids like a table tennis and a beautiful spaceous garden. A small supermarket is nearby and within 10 Minutes you can go to a small city and big supermarkets, pisa is not much far away. We can highly recommend to get some food from the chefs, the whole dinner was absolutetly fantastic and the waiters were very kind! All in all it's a perfect place for a wedding or just to enjoy some great days with your family and friends. It was really amazing!
Our family is spread over Europe, New York and Israel. Once a year we gather for an annual family vacation. This year we spent one week at Fabio's amazing villa. It exceeded our expectations! The rooms were huge and so beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, all rooms had en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The grounds and pool were so beautiful, we had wonderful time, enjoyed every minute and would definitely recommend the place. Fabio is great, friendly and helpful, thank you Fabio for being such a great host!

I started renting out properties in 2010, since then I had the chance to meet and greet guests from all over the world. It has been a pleasure having them here, and some of them are coming over and over year by year. After some years is now time to expand and I've selected a few property that I'll add shortly on. All my properties are personally picked and designed to accomodate big party of guests. My goal renting out is making you feel at home! My properties are destinations that will capture you and hopefully with will make your stay memorable. The relaxing atmosphere, the wide spaces, the peace and quiet, the amenities to play sport, each of these house is a real gateaway home.
