Beautiful loft space in a very industrial part of town. The building is basically the only residential space within a few blocks, surrounded by parking lots and a few businesses. You can walk about 20 minutes downtown or about 10-15 to Corktown, but it’s not really a “downtown” spot. Needed to take a car or scooter almost every time I went to to financial district. Apartment itself is in an old industrial building that’s seen better days. Things were clean and had everything you’d need in kitchen. Nice and warm in winter. Walls pretty thin: I could hear my neighbor’s watching TV all night so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs or a noise machine. Rod was easy to communicate with and made check-in easy. Went to Midgies for sandwiches, Folk for brunch, both excellent.

Place was reasonably priced and close to downtown. Walking distance or Uber ride away from everything.

It was exactly like the pictures. The host was flexible with check in and was very attentive to anything we needed. Will for sure stay again.

Wonderful location access to everything . Looking forward to staying there again once I come back into the city.
