Daniel's place is great. The place inside is modern. Much more than what you would imagine from the outside or from the entrance of the building . The apartment is well furnished. The washer and dryer are great. The location is convenient with easy access to the F train.

Dan, thank you so much for having me! I had an incredible stay at the apartment. I loved the area - a lot of very nice restaurant in that area (incl. BETTYs downstairs). The apartment is very nice furnished and you have everything you need. The communication with Dan was also very easily and generally he is a very nice person!! Felt like home from the second I entered the apartment. Again, thank you so much!

I stayed at Daniel's place for 2 months. Daniel was a gracious host and was quickly responded to any issues we had. The unit looks just like the photos and the living area is spacious, this was great for our group who worked from home. The bed in the master is a really thin spring mattress on a noisy metal bed frame which was not comfortable for a long stay. We bought our own mattress pad and pillows which helped. The kitchen was excellent for cooking and well stocked. The condo is on a bit of a sketchy corner, but it is conveniently located next to the subway station and a fun park. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
