We booked Sir Christian’s place for around 2 weeks and it was overall a pleasant experience. Sir Christian is a very active host. Prior to our check in, he sent us precise details on what to do and what requirements we’ll need. He’s also very accommodating and answered our queries and requests quickly. Check in and check out were smooth and the building staff were very friendly. The unit itself is spacious, especially the bathroom and living room. The view from the bedroom and bathroom window is also great as one side of the unit faces BGC. No problem with the kitchen as well since it is well-stocked with essential utensils, appliances, etc. We also appreciated the nearby carinderia and water refilling station. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at Sir Christian’s place.

This was my second stay in Christian's place and I still love the place. The location of the condo is highly convenient. Without a doubt, I plan to reserve this place once more. Thank you, Christian, for providing a remarkable stay.

The place was exactly what the pictures shows. It has all the things that you will probably need and easy access to few food place but not the supermarket. I had to walk for like 10minutes. There were stains in the toilet bowl, kitchen top and the bed smells really bad. I had to bring the pillow cases to laundry to lessen the bad smell. I suggest to regularly change the beddings. Connection to that, the bed was uncomfortable 😣.
